In 2004, Simon Jersey Ltd (now Kwintet UK) won the contract to supply Sodexo in the UK with all of their uniform requirements. When Sodexo launched a global uniform supply tender in 2008 to manage uniforms for their 400,000 uniform wearers, Kwintet ideally positioned to deliver the service solution that would fit perfectly with Sodexo’s own requirements.

Sodexo is a dynamic business and requires a fast and flexible service partner who can deliver to demanding expectations across international borders to extreme deadlines. Kwintet worked in partnership with Sodexo’s central and local teams for over 2 years to ensure the logistics and IT solutions were set up perfectly before the first garment was delivered. Now we have a network of Kwintet account managers and customer service advisers managing the daily requirements of Sodexo across the globe.

Then we listened again and next we delivered an innovative solution to directly match (and in some areas exceed) Sodexo’s expectations from a solutions partner. Kwintet is now one of four uniform service solutions partners to Sodexo, managing the uniforms for 100,000 wearers in Kwintet’s defined service territory across Europe, Australia, India and the Middle East.
